How to set up Tikra on your store, connect your platforms, read an order's proof and understand plans and billing. The same articles are on the Help page of the Tikra app.

Names in bold such as Home, Orders, Platforms, Events, Incidents, Billing and Help are pages and buttons of the Tikra app. You open it from Apps in your Shopify admin.

• Get started with Tikra

  Tikra is server-side tracking for Shopify: it sends each paid online order of your store (an order placed through your store's checkout) from our servers to the ad and analytics platforms you connect, after it checks the buyer's consent.

• Connect Meta

  Tikra sends each paid online order to Meta through the Conversions API, as a Purchase event.

• Connect Google Analytics 4

  Tikra sends each paid online order to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) as a purchase event.

• Turn off the store's own tracking

  If the store's own connection to a platform still sends purchases, the platform counts each purchase twice: once from that connection and once from Tikra.

• Consent: strict and standard modes

  Before Tikra sends an order to a platform, it checks the buyer's consent choice for that platform's purpose.

• How the 97 % check and the 12-hour guarantee work

  Every hour Tikra checks that each platform got at least 97 % of the orders it should get in the last 24 hours.

• Reading an order's proof

  For every paid order, Tikra shows what it sent to each platform, when, and the platform's answer, or why it did not send it.

• Sending orders again

  Orders from the last 7 days that failed or were on hold can be sent again from the Platforms page, or from a failed step on the order page.

• Plans, trial, order limits and billing

  Tikra is billed through Shopify, on your Shopify invoice.

• Store events

  Besides purchases, Tikra's pixel counts the steps before a purchase on Shopify stores: page views, product views, add to cart, checkout started and payment info.

• Notifications and contacts

  Tikra sends emails to the addresses on your Account page.

• Check that Tikra works

  With server-side tracking for Shopify, Tikra sends real paid online orders.
